Those of you with Facebook may have seen a great local initiative buzzing around recently. Spearheaded by Guisborough local Laura Neasham-Tyerman the ‘Great Guisborough Get Together’ encourages locals to get out and visit the amazing selection of local eateries, bars, cafes and bistros we boast in our town.
The scope of the town is changing, with many bars and eateries opening in the last six month and more in the process of doing so. Combined with the introduction of the newly renovated town hall, Westage is seeing a significant transformation.
With lots of locals investing in the introduction of the new businesses, the focus of this promotion seems to be to encourage people to enjoy the new offerings and in turn boost our local economy.
